This statement covers the Group, with reporting companies proceeding with their own Board approvals according to the Modern Slavery Act 2015
Modern Slavery Act Transparency Statement
This statement sets out the steps Wall Street Prep Inc (“Wall Street Prep” or “we” “us” and “our”) and its group of companies (“Group”) have taken to comply with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”).
Wall Street Prep is the global leader in finance training, trusted by over 300 corporate clients, including the world’s top investment banks, private equity firms, investment firms and corporations. In addition to serving employers, Wall Street PrepSP is the leading provider of financial training to universities and directly to individuals. Wall Street Prep partners with over 200 of the world’s top universities to deliver real-world finance workshops, and it has become the global standard for individuals pursuing careers in finance through self-study programs and certifications, including flagship partnerships with Wharton Online and Columbia Business School Executive Education.
The statement sets down Wall Street Prep’s commitment to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our business activities and the steps we have put in place with the aim of ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our own business and supply chains. We all have a duty to be alert to risks, however small. Staff are expected to report their concerns, and management to act upon them.
Our Supply Chains
Our Group’s supply chains are varied. We have considered each of the business operations of our Group and their respective supply chains and determined the following areas as our inherent or perceived supply chain risk:
- Contracted maintenance staff working in the Group’s offices in all locations (e.g. cleaning, catering, security, building services); and
- Outsourced operations located in high-risk countries, including software developers, data, and sales and customer service.
Our Policies on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of the business of our Group. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
Employee Assurance
We require appropriate right-to-work documentation for staff, including temps, interns and business work and placement staff across our global organisation, including higher-risk countries.
Supplier Onboarding and Due Diligence
We have a supplier onboarding framework to identify suppliers located where slavery or trafficking risk may be high; our expectations of how business is conducted are communicated to such suppliers, together with legal undertakings where appropriate.
Wall Street Prep undertakes due diligence when considering new suppliers and regularly reviews its existing suppliers. Due diligence processes include the following.
As part of the onboarding process, suppliers may be required to complete a self-assessment questionnaire. This questionnaire gathers information on the supplier’s operations, policies, and practices, including compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards, and supports the identification and assessment of potential risks of modern slavery and human trafficking.
Where risks are identified, we engage with suppliers to communicate our expectations, build long-standing and responsible relationships, and agree on appropriate corrective actions. Where a supplier fails to address identified concerns or improve performance in line with an agreed action plan, we reserve the right to apply appropriate sanctions, including the termination of the business relationship.
Compliance Approach
To monitor compliance, the Operational office reviews the Group’s modern slavery compliance and statement with the annual statement signed off by the Board of Wall Street Prep.
Training
To ensure a strong understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking across our business and supply chains, the Group requires all colleagues to complete mandatory training on modern slavery and human trafficking prevention. This training forms part of our training programme and is delivered through the Knowbe4 platform.
Whistleblowing
All employees in our business are encouraged to confidentially report any suspected illegal or unethical behaviour. Concerns can be raised directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), through their line manager or supervisor, or by emailing [email protected]
Review
We will continue to review and update our compliance approach as our businesses and inherent or perceived supplier risks change over time.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Wall Street Prep’s modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
This statement was approved by the Board of Wall Street Prep.
