Andrew joined the firm in July 2019 as an instructor and healthcare subject matter expert. Prior to Wall Street Prep, Andrew worked for J.P. Morgan on the Healthcare Investment Banking team in New York City as an analyst and associate. While at J.P. Morgan, he worked on a variety of transactions including sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity issuances and other client advisory services across biopharmaceutical, medical technology and healthcare services industries. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he began his career in financial services with Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a commercial credit analyst in Dallas covering middle-market companies.
