  • For users that have access to Wall Street Prep courses as well as access to a separate learning portal such as Wharton Online Certificate Program, a Columbia Executive Education Certification Program, or certain customized Employer learning programs, and are unable to find one or the other learning portal, there is typically a "switch accounts" icon/button that allows users to switch between portals. The button/icon appears as a "circle with arrows" icon.

If you're in the Wall Street Prep portal, this icon will appear in the top-right User Account dropdown.

Otherwise, it will appear in the main navigation area.

  • The video quality during playback is automatically adjusted based on the speed and stability of your internet connection. If your connection is slow or experiencing interruptions, the video may switch to a lower quality to prevent buffering and ensure smooth playback.

To manually control the video quality, click on the settings (gear) icon located on the video player. From there, you can select your preferred quality level. Keep in mind that higher quality settings may require a faster internet connection to play without interruptions.

  • If you're looking for downloadable files for a course, i.e. Excel exercise files or PDFs, they will be found in an early lesson of the course typically titled "Course Downloads." Please note while many Wall Street Prep courses offer downloadable supplement files, not all courses do.

If you're taking an online exam, some online exam questions reference downloadable Excel files, PDFs and other files. In most cases, if an exam question references a file you need to download, the download link will be provided in that question.

In some cases you may be asked on the exam's start screen to download an Excel Workbook file before starting the exam. If you've started an exam and did not download the file as instructed, no worries. Simply exit the exam and restart it. You will be taken back to the Start screen and can download the file from there. When you start the exam again, you will be taken to the last question you answered.

  • Wall Street Prep exams within purchased courses are not timed, i.e. there is no countdown or timer that will close your exam after a certain period. However, if you are accessing an exam through an employer or university as part of syllabus coursework, your exam may have a timer. Please check with your organization's learning administrator to find out if your exam is timed.

  • If you'd like to purchase a course for multiple users, purchase the course(s) through the site as if you were purchasing it for yourself. Once you complete the purchase, contact us with each person's first and last name and email address and we will set up their accounts.

  • If an online course offers downloadable exercise files such as Excel models, you'll find these files in an early lesson in the course, typically titled "Course Downloads."

  • If you're enrolled in a Wharton Online & Wall Street Prep Certificate Program, you can access the Wharton Online platform in one of 2 ways:

    • Wharton Online users who do not also have a Wall Street Prep account will be taken directly to the Wharton Online Certificate Program on login.

    • Wharton Online users who ALSO have a Wall Street Prep account will be directed to an Account Switcher page on login, where they can choose which platform/program to log into.

If you are enrolled in a Wharton Online & Wall Street Prep program and do not see an Account Switcher page and are not taken directly to the program on login, please try the following:

    • Log out and then logging back in. This often resolves the issue by refreshing your access permissions.

    • When in the Wall Street Prep platform, hover over the user dropdown in the top left of the site's navigation bar. Those enrolled in a Wharton Online program will see a "Switch Account" option here.

    • Verify that the email you're using to sign into the program is the same email you used to purchase enrollment in the Wharton Online program.

  • If you previously had or currently have access to Wall Street Prep courses through your employer or university and are now unable to see these courses when you log in, please contact support at [email protected] for assistance. It’s important to note that some employer and university subscriptions may expire after a certain period, which could affect your access.
